The Greenwich Group International, LLC has been exclusively retained by Flagstone Property Group, LLC, to assist in the selection of a joint venture equity partner and source construction debt for the development of Island Gardens, a 1.8 million-square foot mixed-use project located on Watson Island in Miami, Florida.
Island Gardens is a uniquely integrated waterfront development of Flagstone, whose highly experienced principals have successfully developed other similar and award-winning mixed-use projects. The site, located on 10.8 acres of land and 13.5 acres of water, is the last remaining developable island in Biscayne Bay and the most highly coveted location in South Florida. Situated between South Beach and Downtown Miami, the backdrop for the Island Gardens development is the vibrancy of Biscayne Bay and the dramatic skyline of Miami
The Project’s integrated design will link a mega-yacht harbor with a 150-key five-star luxury hotel, a 300-key 4-star lifestyle hotel, 150 fractional residences, almost 300,000 square feet of high-end retail and world-class dining, all set amongst 6.5 acres of publicly accessible landscaped open space.
